Charity Items
Here at Serpent & Flame, we believe in kindness, love and charity. We try to raise funds to help various causes: charity items sold at both our shop and in person at events.
We are committed to giving back to the community. Our charity line helps us do this. You will find blends that are inspired by fandom and political topics. 10% of all sales from our charity designs will be donated.

Our Charity Line
We will be supporting non-profits in the Chicagoland area that help our most vulnerable populations with access to healthcare, shelter, food and education.
Because of the nature of our charity blends, as of 1/1/21, no discount codes can be used on charity products. We want to ensure the most money gets to organizations as possible.
The current organizations we will be donating to through our charity candle blends are:
Chicago Food Depository - helping to feed families across the Chicagoland area
Deborah's Place - women's shelter dedicated to helping women through shelter and health, education and support services
the Night Ministry - dedicated to helping homeless young adults and teenagers in the Chicagoland area. I was drawn to them originally because of their help to LGTBQ+ youth
Midwest Access Coalition - dedicated to helping people travel to obtain safe & legal abortions

Q1 2022 - You helped us raise $75 to the Chicago Food Depository.
Liv's Candles
My daughter, Liv, will be curating a monthly candle to help organizations that are important to xem. We will make a dozen double wick jars in a limited edition blend and release them during our restock event. Donations to each organization will be made the day the candles go live so we don't have to wait to donate once they sell out. We donate $5-10 of the profit of each candle to the charity of Liv's choice. Once the current batch sells out, we'll make a new batch.
October 2021 - Liv's Candle raised $120 for the WildCat Ridge Sanctuary in Oregon
