Refund policy

Because we know that sometimes an item just doesn't work out, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations (restrictions apply). 

For returns or exchanges:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and (in the event of an exchange) ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged (examples: broken glass or smashed packaging impacting usage of product) or defective, I can’t accept returns for: 

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal items like lip balm, lip sheer, body spray or perfumes for health/hygiene reasons 

In the case of an item that was damaged during shipping:
Please contact me ASAP with pictures of the broken item and shipping container. Do not throw away item or container. The post office will need this as proof of damage for claims to be filed.  The post office may contact you to inspect the package and contents. I must have these pictures before any type of refund or replacement can be processed.

Note: This does not include melted wax in summer months.  Please be aware that you purchase at your own risk during the warmest months. We recommend using priority shipping during the summer to help get packages to your doorstep faster. We also recommended having somebody home to retrieve your package so it is not in the sun all day. On our end, we take packages directly to the post office during the hottest times of the year so they aren’t in a truck all day. If an item does come to you melted, usually you can put it in a cool place to help it firm up again.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless I am determined to be at fault). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the case of an item that was stolen after delivery: 
Please provide a delivery address for a secure delivery location. If in the event that your package is stolen, you will need to file a police report and a report with the postal inspector. We are not responsible for stolen packages; however, if you submit a copy of both filed reports, we will replace your items (when possible) at a discount.

For cancelations:
We will honor a  cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.  Cancelations of preorder items can only be made during the preorder sales window.  After a preorder sales window closes, cancelations cannot be made because artists have been paid and supplies purchased.

We do not price match.  Cancellations and refunds cannot be made on orders as a result of items going on sale after an initial order is placed. As a small business, we cannot afford to absorb processor fees on cancelations as a large box store can. Cancellations and refunds cannot be made on preorder or custom items once production has begun.
