Jewelry Care
To preserve the life of your jewelry, it is recommended to take the following steps in it’s care:
- Remove jewelry before sleeping or heavy physical activity. Some harsh chemicals (like chlorine in pools) and environments may compromise the integrity of your jewelry.
- Avoid wearing it in water. This is especially recommended with any items that have graphic prints, painting or plastic charms.
- Copper (and some silver toned jewelry) jewelry will tarnish over time. Storing it in a sealed bag will help slow this process. A polishing rag can be used to renew the shine and remove tarnish.
- Remember, even no-tarnish jewelry (like stainless steel and aluminum) reacts differently to body chemistry in rare cases.
